• This blue-chip technology manufacturer is a global leader in its field. Emergence worked with this company to build a customised Biome for their unique environmental compliance and reporting requirements.

• The challenge

  Due to their high technology processes, this company maintains a strictly controlled Pollution Prevention Licence from the Irish EPA. The licence requires a large volume of environmental monitoring and data collection. The company needed a streamlined system to collate all environmental data, analyse it and present it in an intelligent and usable format.

• The solution

  Working closely with the Environmental Department, Emergence built a bespoke environmental accounting system based on the Biome framework. The system allows upload of supplier data, deep analysis / visualisation of pollutant releases and waste transfers, and automated compliance reporting.
